In a three-to five-page paper (plus the title page and reference page), you will discuss your top three skills and your three skills to improve on from the Key Managerial Skills Inventory interactive. In your paper,

• List your top three skills and your three skills to improve on as ranked in the Key Managerial Skills Inventory
• Select a management role from either Chapters 1 or 2 from the required textbook that you can apply your six skills to.
• Argue how your top three skills will be beneficial in the management role that you selected.
• Describe what you can do to strengthen your three skills.

Your Skills for your Management Role paper

• Must be three to five double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style.
• Must include a separate title page with the following:
  • Title of paper in bold font
  • Space should appear between the title and the rest of the information on the title page.
  • Student’s name
  • Name of institution (The University of Arizona Global Campus)
  • Course name and number
  • Instructor’s name
  • Due date
• Must utilize academic voice.
• Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.
