Objectives

For your final assignment in this course, create a case study that demonstrates your future role as a leader collaborating on an interprofessional team. Role-playing is highly preferred. In the case study, include three interprofessional team roles of your choice.

Your presentation should address the following components:

Demonstration of effective communication;

Conflict resolution;

Personal/professional ethics; and

Improving patient or organizational outcomes

Your team has several presentation options:

Voice over PowerPoint–Submit completed PowerPoint

Voice over Prezi–Submit completed Prezi

iMovie–Submit link to role play iMovie demonstration

YouTube–Submit YouTube link

Teams–Create video using TEAMS role-playing. Record the session, invite faculty to join your TEAM to view the role-play activity.

NOTE: A minimum of 4 scholarly sources should be provided to support your ideas. These will be submitted as a separate document in APA 7 format.
