Create a Team Charter, have one member of the group submit the final version of the “Team” charter. If you go to the Library tab, there is a “Learning Team Tool Kit”, listed on the right side.  In the tool kit you will find several resources: Learning Team Charter & Learning Team evaluation.  At the end of the class, you have the opportunity to evaluate your team performance and the other members. The purpose of this Charter is to set the ground rules for your team.  For example: how often should you check for team messages, when is you target date for submission of the draft, how will conflicts be resolved. The groups are large because of attrition that will occur during the first week or two of class.  Lastly, you need to contact me if you are not in an assigned group.
