Think about a job you do at home or at work. Describe one step from that job that has not already been mentioned by another student, and identify a hazard from that step along with a way to reduce the risk associated with that hazard. Be sure to avoid repeating a step that has already been described by another student. ALSO PLEASE REPLY BELOW Michael: A job or task that I do weekly at my home in the summer months is mow my lawn and weedwhack the lawn edges I also could include operating my snowblower in the winter months.  A step I strarted taking a few years back was to wear ear plugs or ear muffs before I start the equipment. I am not sure how many people actually think about the noise that comes from a riding lawnmower, not just the motor running but the cutting blades turning can generate a great deal of noise.  Proper PPE like hearing protection and gloves are important.  My snowblower is very loud as well and I use ear plugs under my winter hat, and will wear ear muffs on my rider and when running other outside equipment like my gas powered weedwhacker, backpack blower, or chainsaw.
