Since you will be using only the Calleam Consulting Case Study for this assignment, YOU DO NOT NEED TO INCLUDE A REFERENCES OR SOURCES CITED PAGE.
To be considered for full credit, your case study response should include the following sections (include a heading for each section):
- Cover Page
- Introduction: Summary of key facts of the case
- Key Decision Makers. Identify the key decision maker(s) and the decision(s) she/he/they must make
- Stakeholder Analysis. Identification of at least 2 stakeholders per quadrant as well as their interests. Create a Bryson Power Interest Grid and place the stakeholders on it. Explain why you placed them where you did and INCLUDE THE GRID IN YOUR PAPER. Note: You may identify stakeholders that are not discussed in the case study. For all stakeholders that you identify, whether or not they are mentioned in the Calleam Case Study, you must explain in detail why you selected them as stakeholders, i.e. what their interest is in the Denver BHS project.
- Fundamental Management & Communications Challenges. Identify the fundamental management and/or communication challenge(s) the decision maker(s) faces. Explain their strategies and discuss whether or not they were effective/successful.
