Self Assessment Evidence

Students will complete a 1–2-page paper to assess and reflect upon their experience(s) regarding the case study and learning outcomes. There is no rubric associated with this assignment. YOU CAN SAY IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO WRITE THE NSPT RESPORT DUE TO THE PLACE WHERE I WORK AND IT WAS HARD TO BE ABLE TO TAKE TIME OUT OF THE APPT TO COMPLETE ALL THE FORMS WITH THE PATIENT. BUT I ALSO LEARN A LOT DURING THIS CLASS EVEN THAT IS ONLINE I HAVE A PHOBIA TO PRESENTATIONS AND I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE MY POWERPOINT PRESENTATION. I ALSO LEARN A LOT ETC…..
