This project will be completed in two parts. First, in Module 2: Week 2, you will submit you Science Experiment Project: Proposal Assignment with your plan for the experiment/investigation you have chosen. Although there is not a minimum length requirem for this assignment, all areas must be thoroughly addressed. Current APA formatting of all elements is expected, including a title and references page. In a single Word document, provi the following information:
- The question, problem, or purpose of the experiment/investigation.
- A review of the experiment’s science content. Discuss in detail the concepts related tc science experiment. Cover the science concepts students will need to know and understand to form a hypothesis, understand the variables, and draw conclusions. In-t citations of supporting resources are expected in your review.
- Hypothesis or prediction. The hypothesis must be stated in “IF… THEN” format.
- Identification of variables. Categorize the variables as independent, dependent, and control.
- Materials and tools needed. Include exact amounts and measures to make the experim replicable.
- Plan and procedures. Write the steps of the experiment’s procedures in enough detail they can be easily replicated, similarly to the steps of a recipe
