Research Project Components Introduction Transcript (DOCX)Download Research Project Components Introduction Transcript (DOCX)
In this module, we will start on the first section of the course research project. In each module, you will work on and write a different section (eight in total), so by the end of the course, the research project will be completed. This means you will get feedback from the instructor on the sections submitted throughout the course. This will enable you to update the module sections and then use your updated writings as part of the combined final paper (which will be submitted in Module 8 of the course). Both the module assignments and the final research component paper will be graded, so please put forth your best effort for all of the research assignments.
Useful Tip
Your final project is due in Module 8. However, to avoid feeling overwhelmed in that module, it is recommended that you work on refining each part as you receive instructor and/or peer feedback in each module rather than waiting until the last moment to go through the comments and incorporate them into your project. Working on developing and refining the final project as you go also gives you time to make sure that your work is the best it can be.
Submission
Module One Research Component Instructions: Write the first two pages of the course research project paper. This will include two full pages of written content (minimum) and a separate references page. A minimum of three pages must be submitted. There should also be a minimum of three outside sources correctly cited and referenced in APA format as part of this first paper.
Page One and Two: Write the following:
-
-
- An introduction to what management and leadership are (the difference between the two)
- The different styles of management in organizations (globally and domestically)
- An overview of Evidence Based Management (EBM)
- An examination of today’s management landscape
-
This module’s introduction will be a rough draft as you will update it (based on what you learn in the course, and receive from instructor feedback) before submitting it as part of the final course project report in module eight.
Page Three: Include a reference page.
Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.
Your paper will automatically be evaluated through Turnitin when you submit your assignment in this activity.
