For this assignment, you are the Public Information Officer for your local emergency management office. Your community has just been impacted by an F-3 Tornado (158-206 MPH winds that has resulted in severe damage, including exterior walls damaged/crumbled as well as roofs blown off structures. Anticipating convergence of people, supplies, etc. your Incident Commander has asked that you get ahead of the problem and ask the public not to come to the area or donate supplies.

For this assignment, create a Press Release, which gets the message to the public that they not come into the community or donate unwanted supplies, yet still does not alienate organized volunteer groups to help with recovery and response. In addition, you still want supplies and resources to help the citizens impacted by the storms.
