iv.Company Operations —Describe in detail the operations of the company. For example, if you are developing a project on the manufacturing organization, describe the process of manufacturing the product in detail. Similarly, if your company is related to the services sector, describe in detail the process of customer relationship, handling, and customer satisfaction.
v.Product Designing and Analysis Process: Write in detail the process of designing and analyzing process.
vi.Supply Chain Management: it is also suggested you describe the organization’s supply chain management in detail. For example, how the company buy the raw material and controls the inventory, etc.
vii.Transportation and Logistics Management: It is also suggested that you describe in detail the transportation and logistics process using your company. Similarly, it is also suggested that you describe in detail why this company uses these transportation and logistics processes.
