Need Help In Solid Phase Extraction Spe And High Performance Liquid Chromatography Hplc

I need help in Environment Chemistry Lab. The lab about ( Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) and high Performance Liquid chromatography (HPLC)). Some work need to be done in excel sheet and there is five discussion questions. No need for report only do the excel sheet ( fill in the blank the empty boxes) and follow the steps in the data analysis and reporting in lab instruction start from page 5 and need short explanation for the discussion questions ( one to two small pargraph as explanination). I also provide you with the article that you need to use it for answering and explaining the questions. For the submitting, I prefer to submit the excel sheet work by Tuesday so I can check with my instructor if solutions are correct before moving to the discussion questions. The discussion questions you have to submit after two days.
