For the project you selected, submit an associated process hierarchy and prioritization matrix. nt – your deliverable should look something like the case study examples on pages 265 (HR processes) and 266 (training process) of the book. The case study (starting on page 262) starts out by creating a process inventory and prioritization matrix for BB&Z company and might be helpful if you’re unsure where to start on your project. Page 265 is for the HR department and page 266 is for the a given process within the department. Your deliverable can be at any level you decide that will correspond with your full project (remember you’ll use the same project for all deliverables). The deliverable says process inventory and prioritization matrix, but you just need to submit one matrix since the inventory is included in the prioritization.
