This week, you are to explore the internet and/or social media for your own example of aggression in the online environment. An unfortunate aspect of the times we are currently living in is that this will most likely not be very difficult. Post a message to the discussion board sharing what you have found. You must provide a link, screenshot, or other way so that we may also see what you found. Aggressive people exhibit hostile attribution bias meaning they tend to perceive ambiguous actions by others as hostile, which can lead them to respond in hostile ways themselves.
In your post you should include information from our readings or learning activities about what kind of aggression it displays (Chapter 10) as well as what you think could be the potential causes of it. Can you think of a real-world example of hostile attribution bias, either hypothetical or from your own life? What are ways in which you believe society can lessen aggressive behaviors and the presence of aggression online?
